The event is held at the scenic St. Margaret's Bay Area Rails to Trails. Participants can walk, run or cycle 5KM, 10KM or 25KM; the choice is up to you!
Where is the Start/Finish Line?
25 km- Registration starts at 12:30 for a 1:30 start (Bike & Bean)
10 km- Registration starts at 1:00 for a 2:00 start (Black Point Fire Hall)
5 km- Registration starts at 1:30 for a 2:30 start (Hubbard’s Landing)
Finish- Hubbard’s Sailing Club
Can I Register the Day of the Event?
Yes! However, please register no later than the start time indicated for the distance you choose to conquer.
Rain or Shine?
Cancer waits for no one, and we won’t let some rain deter us! Please prepare for the element appropriately.
Water Stations
There will be water along the route at the three registration stations and end point; however, make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day as needed.
Parking
There is a limited parking space at Hubbard’s Sailing Club (a small parking lot is across the road). Please be careful when entering and exiting your car.
Running Gear and Shuttle Information
At all start locations, duffel bags can be left and picked up at the finish line. Please note there can be a slight delay between the duffle bags being dropped off and your arrival at the sailing club.
There will be a bus at the Hubbard's Sailing Club (HSC) to shuttle (participants only) to their car at the 5 km, 10 km, and 25 km start points. Shuttle times (which are subject to change on account of weather/popular demand) are as follows:
Arrive at HSC by 4:00 pm (1st departure at 4:30 pm)
Arrive at HSC by 5:30 pm (2nd and final departure at 5:45 pm)
Additional Information
Entertainment (Jerry MacPhee feat. Jimmie Inch!) and BBQ start at approximately 3:00 pm at the Hubbard’s Sailing Club (over-looking beautiful St. Margaret’s Bay).
